The problem wasn't the space. It was how it was presented.
Product Design · UX/UI at the studio I co-founded
The cowork offered daily bookings, monthly plans and extra services, but not every option worked the same way. People needed to understand what they could book, how each option worked, and how to move forward, without digging through a complex offer.
We reorganized the experience around user intent: direct booking made available from the first viewport, plans separated by booking model, and additional services given their own hierarchy. The result was a clearer, more actionable responsive experience.
